Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between jordy velazquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Von Rickenhausen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

velazquez tries for a takedown but Rickenhausen sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Rickenhausen shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
velazquez is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Rickenhausen jumps into side control!
Rickenhausen cracks velazquez with a big right hand but velazquez just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
An elbow from Rickenhausen crashes against the mat.
velazquez can't do much from the bottom here.
velazquez stops Rickenhausen from passing to mount.

and velazquez counters with a takedown into side control.
velazquez has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Rickenhausen!
Rickenhausen is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
velazquez jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Rickenhausen is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Rickenhausen and velazquez has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
velazquez is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Rickenhausen has escaped the position, nice work there.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Rickenhausen got a little sloppy there for a moment and velazquez has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Rickenhausen has managed to get both his arms back between velazquez's legs - danger averted.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
velazquez moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Rickenhausen has worked his arm free - good work by Rickenhausen!

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, velazquez cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Rickenhausen is in a horrible position here. velazquez smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Von Rickenhausen is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
velazquez is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Rickenhausen has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Rickenhausen!

I would just about give that final round to Von Rickenhausen.
Well Rickenhausen has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
