Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between El BiJay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and kerry Letters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, El BiJay!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, kerry Letters!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Robert Twigg and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Letters misses with a takedown attempt - BiJay sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

BiJay manages to get back to half guard.
BiJay is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Letters scores with a couple of nice shots.
BiJay is trying to maintain the position but Letters is very close to passing his half guard.
BiJay is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Letters wants to work for an arm triangle but BiJay is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

and Letters counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in BiJay's guard now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
BiJay not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
BiJay tries to land a sweep but no joy.
BiJay seems keen to control Letters's posture.

Letters got a little sloppy there for a moment and BiJay has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Letters has managed to get both his arms back between BiJay's legs - danger averted.
Letters stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. BiJay swivels though and keeps the full guard.
BiJay is trying to control the position from the bottom.

BiJay is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

and Letters counters with a single leg into guard. BiJay didn't expect that.

BiJay bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Letters's guard.

BiJay drops back, looking for a kneebar! Letters looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Letters looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Letters!

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Letters is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, BiJay has escaped the position, nice work there.
The strikes coming from Letters are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
BiJay can't do much from the bottom here.
