The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lin gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Jones wants to free his trapped foot but Lin is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Jones is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Lin sees it coming and defends easily.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Jones tries to score a power double leg takedown but Lin sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jones somewhat.
Alberto Lin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lin throws a head kick that misses.

Jones closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Jones lands in his opponent's guard.
Jones sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Lin's guard.

Jones is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Lin doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Jones.

Jones is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Lin is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
