Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Juri Arpa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zues Ziegfield (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ziegfield is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Thunderstruck. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looks like Zues Ziegfield has been cut.
Ziegfield tries to bum rush Arpa with a series of wild strikes but Arpa uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

and Arpa counters with a crisp one two that drops Ziegfield! Arpa thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Ziegfield to his feet! Ziegfield is in big trouble!

Zues Ziegfield's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Arpa tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Ziegfield paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Arpa throws out a loose jab but Ziegfield uses good head movement to avoid it.

and Arpa makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Arpa lands a left and a right that send Ziegfield crashing to the mat, dazed. Arpa thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Ziegfield is rocked!

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Zues Ziegfield's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
