Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Micky Train (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Morris Payne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Train comes to the cage accompanied by Elephant Man - Haters (feat Hunt & Jim Jones) . Payne comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Elephant Man - Haters (feat Hunt & Jim Jones) kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Micky Train had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Micky Train!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Morris Payne!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Saam Ante and Nard Betker.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Train fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Payne avoids it really well and circles away.

Train gets a clinch.

Payne breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Train misses with a takedown attempt - Payne sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Train throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Payne's waist but Payne gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Train off to one side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Micky Train. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Payne misses with a few strikes there.
Payne moves in looking to clinch but Train pushes him off.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Train looks for a takedown but Payne sprawls well.

Train changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Payne looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Payne is trying to escape and get back to his feet.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Train looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Payne is trying to get back to his feet.

Payne sneaks out the side door and pushes Train away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
Train throws a half hearted mid kick.
Payne connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Train keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Train tries to score a power double leg takedown but Payne sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Train somewhat.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A combination from Train does no damage.
Payne misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Train falls off balance throwing a combination

and Payne counters by clinching up.
Payne prevents a takedown attempt there.
A right hook to the body lands for Payne.
Payne cracks Train with a nice body shot.

Payne breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Train shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Payne counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Payne.
Train is breathing heavily.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Payne effectively controlling the action here.
Train drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Payne gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Payne lands a left hand that snaps the head of Train backwards.

Train manages to break the clinch.

Payne takes the fight into the clinch.
Payne lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Payne lands with a short punch from the clinch.

Payne's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Payne tries to clinch but Train moves away

and Train counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Train.
Train tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Payne pushes Train back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Train has Payne pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Payne manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Nice body punch from Payne - that landed with a thud.
Payne prevents the takedown attempt.

Payne breaks the clinch.
Payne stalks Train and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Train's face. Train staggers backwards, shaken.
Morris Payne is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Train with a lazy takedown attempt
and Payne counters with a series of strikes. Train will be more careful next time no doubt.
Train tries to clinch but Payne moves away
and Payne counters with a left right combination that sends Train crashing to the mat - Payne wastes no time in diving on top of him and pounding Train out for a TKO! Devastating finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Morris Payne!
