Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Joseph Kosmo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pika Kalei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kosmo comes to the cage accompanied by Drowning Pool - Let The Bodies Hit The Floor. Kalei has chosen New York as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kalei shoots for a takedown but Kosmo saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Kalei tries to clinch up but Kosmo circles away and keeps his distance.

Kalei looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

and Kosmo counters with a shoot takedown. Kalei fights it but they end up in guard.
Kosmo wants to get up but he can't break Kalei's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Kalei wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kosmo keeps working.
Kalei thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Kosmo's head.

I would just about give that final round to Pika Kalei.
