Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Saw Stevenson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aaron Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Taylor's choice of entrance music: I Run New York. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Saw Stevenson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Aaron Taylor!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Jorge Garcia and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stevenson throws out a powerful jab.
It looks like Aaron Taylor has been cut.
Taylor throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Stevenson avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Some wild striking there from Stevenson.
Taylor tries to close the distance and clinch up but Stevenson swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Taylor, right into the meat.
Taylor misses with an attempted mid kick.
Taylor buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Stevenson lands with a nice body punch.
Taylor throws a left and a right that both miss
and Stevenson counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Taylor looks gassed!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Stevenson lands a slapping body shot.
Stevenson uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Taylor has time to react.
Stevenson cracks Taylor with a big right hand and Taylor goes down!
Stevenson slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Stevenson pushes down on Taylor's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Stevenson is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Stevenson decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
Taylor takes one on the chin but seems OK.
That has opened up Aaron Taylor's cut even more.
Taylor takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Stevenson lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Taylor sprawling to the canvas. Stevenson follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Taylor hang on?
The cut above Aaron Taylor's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Stevenson controlling the action here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Stevenson decides to stand up.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Stevenson with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Stevenson tries to bum rush Taylor with a series of wild strikes but Taylor uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Taylor takes one to the side of the head.
Aaron Taylor's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Aaron Taylor's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Saw Stevenson!
