Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mark St James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darren Pursey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). St James comes into the arena with On the Eve of War - Jedi Mind Tricks blaring out of the sound system. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
St James moves in looking to clinch but Pursey pushes him off.
St James tries to clinch up but Pursey circles away and keeps his distance.

The fight stays on the outside here - St James looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Pursey displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as St James throws out the jab.

Pursey drops to a knee looking for a takedown but St James gets the underhooks and prevents it.
St James gets through Pursey's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

St James is leaning against Pursey and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Pursey tries for a takedown but St James manages to get underhooks.
St James lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Pursey backwards.

Pursey drops to a knee looking for a takedown but St James gets the underhooks and prevents it.
St James creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Pursey with a big uppercut! Pursey tries to clinch up but St James pushes him back against the cage and lands another moster strike that crumples Pursey to the mat! Pursey covers up and St James unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
