Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ben Reilly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ray Guida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reilly comes to the cage accompanied by Mistaken Identity. Guida has chosen Stupid Kid - Alkaline Trio as his entrance music. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Ben Reilly !
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ray Guida!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Ian Loll and Elvis Blanc.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slapping leg kick lands for Guida.
Reilly lands an overhand right.
Reilly scores with a sloppy right hand. Guida should have avoided that one.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Guida blocks a jab.
Guida slips a straight right by Reilly .
Reilly throws a hook but Guida blocks it.
Reilly lands a jab-cross combination.
Reilly swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Reilly swings for the body but Guida moves out of range.
Guida walks into a left hand.
Reilly lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

Guida instigates a clinch.
Reilly managing to block the knees to the body from Guida.
Guida misses with an elbow strike.
Guida gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

Guida tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Reilly avoids it.

Guida comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Reilly really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Guida throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Reilly fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Guida tries to land knees in the clinch but Reilly avoids the damage to the body.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Guida lands an elbow inside.
Guida is pushing Reilly up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Reilly jumps guard.

Reilly utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Guida looking to sit in guard and control but Reilly gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Guida keeping moving, preventing Reilly from controlling successfully.

Reilly drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Reilly jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Reilly trying to control the position from guard on top but Guida is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Reilly pushing down on Guida's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Reilly trying to mount his opponent but Guida defends it.
Guida really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Reilly . If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Reilly is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Reilly seems to be working for a kimura but Guida defends the submission attempt.

Guida is not content to let Reilly control the position.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Reilly is trying for a kimura here. Guida looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Reilly wins by kimura!
