The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Konstantin Menshow and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rompevsky throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Bruder.
It looks like Marcel Bruder has been cut.
Bruder throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Bruder lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
It looks like Mikhail Rompevsky has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bruder throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Bruder thows a body shot but no joy.
Rompevsky fails with an attempt to clinch.
Rompevsky throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Bruder misses with a looping left.
Bruder throws a series of punches but Rompevsky moves out of range.
Bruder takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
A looping hook to the body misses from Bruder. Rompevsky does a little dance to reset his feet.
Bruder throws a predictable looking body shot
and Rompevsky counters with a head kick. That will keep Bruder thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Bruder is breathing heavily.
Rompevsky throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Rompevsky lands a brutal head kick. Bruder looks out on his feet and Rompevsky throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
