And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Kid.
Kid fails with a takedown attempt.
Zeigler shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kid pinned against the cage. Kid gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Zeigler fails in his attempt to clinch.
Kid gets the takedown into side control.
Kid working away.
Kid in side control lands a decent elbow.
You can see the frustration on Zeigler's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Zeigler manages to get back to half guard.
Zeigler trying to hold on to Kid's head to control him but Kid postures up.
Kid working the head and body with strikes.

Kid missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Zeigler manages to get to full guard.
Zeigler is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but Kid frees his head nicely. Oh but Zeigler has switched to an armbar! Kid is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
