Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stan Marsh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sonny Bishop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Sonny Bishop!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, James Ackerman and Daniel Bishop.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marsh throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bishop.

Marsh moves into range and clinches up with Bishop.
Marsh is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Bishop gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Bishop tries to circle away but Marsh has him pinned against the cage.

Marsh might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Marsh working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Bishop doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Bishop manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Bishop stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Marsh to get to his feet.

Marsh could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Marsh gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Marsh has momentary wrist control but Bishop slips an elbow through the middle.

Bishop decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Marsh gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Bishop shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Marsh sprawls well. Marsh wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Bishop gets slowly back to his feet.
Stan Marsh has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sonny Bishop.

Bishop tries to close the distance and clinch up but Marsh swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Marsh is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.

Sonny Bishop showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Bishop shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Marsh's guard.

Bishop sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Marsh's guard.

Bishop feints and as Marsh raises his hands in defense, Bishop changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Bishop postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Marsh to stand up.

and Bishop counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.

Sonny Bishop comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Bishop winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
