Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Baby Firefly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jacques Kell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Firefly comes into the arena with Bleed it out blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kell avoids the body shot from Firefly.

Firefly moves into the clinch.

Firefly tightens his grip and picks Kell up, before dumping him to the ground. Kell manages to land in guard.
Firefly won't allow Kell to sweep him here.
Kell is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Kell is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Kell working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Firefly doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Firefly manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Firefly wants to control from the top but Kell keeps moving.

Kell is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Firefly trying to stand up but can't free himself from Kell's guard.

Kell bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Firefly's guard.

Kell drops back, looking for a kneebar! Firefly looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Firefly looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Firefly!
Kell is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Firefly's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

Firefly maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Kell could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Firefly has cracked it and Kell is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Firefly!
