The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Callaway shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Magalhaes sprawls well. Magalhaes wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Callaway gets slowly back to his feet.
Magalhaes gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Callaway counters with a nice double leg into side control. Magalhaes won't be happy with that.
Callaway slows the pace down.
Magalhaes stops Callaway from passing to mount.
Callaway staying calm.
Callaway knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Magalhaes on the ground.
