The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eratore misses the jab.
Richards throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Richards lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

It looks like Lasko Eratore has been cut.
A combination from Richards does no damage.
Richards tests Eratore's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Richards's corner calls for a 1-2. Richards obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Richards throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Richards swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Eratore throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Richards sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Eratore slips a jab and a cross from Richards.

Richards avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Eratore fails in his attempt to clinch.
Keijo Richards seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Eratore keeps the fight on the outside.
Richards scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Eratore ducks straight into an uppercut from Richards and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Eratore manages to regain guard straight away.

Eratore is rocked!

Lasko Eratore's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Eratore has momentary wrist control but Richards slips an elbow through the middle.
Oh Eratore is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Richards missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Eratore seems to have got his legs back now.

Richards stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Eratore swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Richards slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Richards throws a series of strikes that have Eratore backpedaling.

Jeez, Lasko Eratore's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
Richards connects with a jab.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Lasko Eratore's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
