Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vance Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruno Punani (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Vance Johnson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bruno Punani!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Paulsen Ambrosius and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Punani misses with a wild combination.
Johnson tries for a takedown but Punani sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Punani with a jab.
It looks like Vance Johnson has been cut.
Johnson ducks right into an uppercut from Punani.
Johnson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Punani's waist but Punani gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Johnson off to one side.
Nice takedown defense from Punani. No joy for Johnson on that attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Vance Johnson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Johnson takes a jab right on the kisser.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Johnson with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Punani to score with a decent uppercut.
Johnson tries to clinch but Punani is having none of it.
Johnson takes a swing at Punani's ribcage but misses.
Johnson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Punani sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Johnson somewhat.
Punani lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Punani connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Johnson's hands.
Punani cracks Johnson with an uppercut from hell and Johnson crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Punani's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
Johnson is rocked!
Johnson has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Punani can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Oh Johnson is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Punani preventing the sweep.
Johnson seems to have got his legs back now.
Johnson is breathing heavily.
Punani wants to stand but Johnson is controlling his posture from full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Johnson not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Punani wanted to stand there but Johnson had control of the position.
Punani postures up.
Punani is looking to stand up but Johnson won't let him.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
A cross from Punani lands.
Johnson shoots in for a takedown but Punani shows good takedown defense.
Punani is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Johnson had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Punani lands a jab to the nose.
Punani lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Punani connects with a stiff jab that staggers Johnson - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Bruno Punani!
