Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shane Liddell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and LeBron Jamess (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, LeBron Jamess!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jamess misses with a double jab.
Liddell lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Jamess at a distance.
Liddell throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Jamess misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
The fighters circling - Jamess throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
A solid body kick from Jamess.
Liddell misses with the combination.
Liddell drives through and clinches with Jamess against the cage.
Jamess can't break the clinch.
Liddell swings wildly with an uppercut but Jamess uses good head movement to avoid it.
Jamess breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Liddell throws a right and a left that Jamess avoids nicely.
Liddell closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Liddell lands in his opponent's guard.
Liddell throws and elbow that misses. Jamess uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Liddell's guard. Nice move by Jamess!
Jamess sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Liddell's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jamess perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Jamess seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Liddell does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Jamess is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Jamess trying to control but Liddell is having none of it.
Jamess controlling his opponent.
Liddell tries to reverse the position but Jamess maintains control.
Jamess tries to control but Liddell wriggling away.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Jamess prevents Liddell from getting the reversal.
Jamess breaks from Liddell's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Liddell defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Jamess.
Liddell is squirming around, avoiding Jamess's attempts to control the action.
Jamess is working for a guillotine from mount but Liddell frees his head quite easily.
Liddell is wriggling around trying to escape.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Liddell wants to hold on but Jamess pushes him away.
Liddell is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Liddell wants to control but Jamess is having none of it.
Jamess jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Liddell is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Liddell and Jamess has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Liddell tries to buck Jamess off but Jamess is having none of it.
Jamess moves into full mount!

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Liddell wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Jamess.
Jamess quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Jamess but it's paid off an Liddell is forced to tap! Nice work by Jamess.
