The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Monsson throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Monsson throws a series of punches but Milkins moves out of range.
Milkins tries to clinch up.
Milkins fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Monsson checks it well.
Alan Milkins seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Monsson swats away the attempt to clinch by Milkins.
Milkins swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Monsson counters with a shoot takedown. Milkins fights it but they end up in guard.
Milkins not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
