The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Paulsen Ambrosius and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pardo swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Marcus keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Pardo throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Pardo misses with an uppercut. Marcus saw that one coming.
Pardo swings for the body but Marcus moves out of range.
Pardo throws a shot from downtown. Marcus moves away and avoids it.
Marcus walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Pardo throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Marcus walks into a jab.
Marcus throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Pardo wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Marcus slips a jab and a cross from Pardo.
Pardo swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Pardo lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Pardo misses with a two punch combination.

Marcus takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Pardo throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Pardo looks to score with a jab to the body but Marcus is just out of range.
Pardo lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
It looks like Davis Paul Marcus has been cut.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Pardo throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Marcus on the side of the head.
Pardo misses with an uppercut. Marcus saw that one coming.
Pardo throws a series of punches but Marcus avoids them all with ease.
Paul Pardo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pardo takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Pardo scores with a crisp jab that stopped Marcus in his tracks.
Pardo throws a jab when Marcus was well out of range.
Pardo lands a nice shot that snaps Marcus's head back.
Marcus throws out a leg kick but Pardo moves out of range and Marcus only half commits.
Marcus takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Pardo lands a really nice looking cross but Marcus seems unphased.
Pardo drops Marcus with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Marcus! Pardo dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
