The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Day looks to score with a jab to the body but Subotai is just out of range.
Subotai checks a leg kick nicely.
A punch combination from Day misses.
Subotai gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Day.
Subotai thuds a left hand into Day's body.
Day misses with the combination.
Subotai tries to clinch there but Day circles away.
Day changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Subotai tries to avoid it but Day manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Subotai to the ground. Subotai escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Subotai will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Nice takedown defense from Subotai. No joy for Day on that attempt.

Day fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Subotai avoids it really well and circles away.
Subotai displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Day.

Day throws a push kick but Subotai slaps the foot to one side.

Subotai throws a looping overhand right but Day ducks down to avoid it.
Day fails to land with a series of punches.
Subotai slips under a jab.
Day looks to land a right hand but Subotai moved out of range.

Day throws a shot from downtown. Subotai moves away and avoids it.
Subotai moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Donk. Subotai catches Day right on the button with a cross.
A shot to the body from Day misses
and Subotai counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Day thinking.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Day has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Subotai finds it's way round the side to connect with Day's head.
Day is rocked!
Subotai throws a nice looking combination but Day bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Oh Day is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Day falls off balance throwing a combination
and Subotai counters with a left to the body.
Subotai darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Day's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Subotai before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
