Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ferb Fletcher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fedor ITappedOut (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fedor ITappedOut acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ferb Fletcher!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Fedor ITappedOut!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Vladimir Khabensky and Valeri Chadov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
ITappedOut misses with a takedown attempt - Fletcher sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
ITappedOut avoids a kick to the body.
ITappedOut bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

ITappedOut shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Fletcher's guard.

ITappedOut thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
ITappedOut working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.

Fletcher is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and ITappedOut defends well.

ITappedOut stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Fletcher swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Fletcher rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but ITappedOut moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

ITappedOut working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Fletcher's head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as ITappedOut accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Fletcher escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. ITappedOut gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
