Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sergei Bautin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and rick johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bautin comes into the arena with Lobotomy blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
johnson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bautin sprawls well. Bautin wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. johnson gets slowly back to his feet.

Bautin rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but johnson moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Bautin lands with a hook. johnson tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
It looks like rick johnson has been cut.
johnson uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Bautin.

Bautin is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

johnson is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Bautin uses his free foot to push down on johnson's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for johnson.

johnson wants to hold on but Bautin pushes him away.
