The judges for this bout are William Gold, Donald Grub and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith misses with a low kick.
Smith misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Urkel.
Rickhard Smith seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Smith displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Urkel.
Urkel fails with a takedown attempt.
Smith swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Urkel decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Urkel stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Smith swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Urkel drops back looking for a leg! Smith is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Smith manages to kick Urkel off! Urkel jumps back into Smith's guard.
Urkel has gone for a leg lock! Smith slips out almost immediately though and dives into Urkel's guard.
Urkel is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Smith is aware though and is defending well.
Urkel is breathing heavily.

Smith got a little sloppy there for a moment and Urkel has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Smith has managed to get both his arms back between Urkel's legs - danger averted.

Smith passes the guard and advances to mount!
Smith goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Urkel is on top in guard.

Urkel tries to free his leg and advance position but Smith is retaining full guard.
Smith controls Urkel momentarily but Urkel frees himself.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Smith throws a series of punches but Urkel moves out of range.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Rickhard Smith will probably get the nod.

Urkel fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Smith misses with an uppercut.
Smith leaves Urkel with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Smith dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Urkel shoots in for a takedown but Smith shows good takedown defense.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Steve Urkel. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Smith misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Urkel tries to score a power double leg takedown but Smith sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Urkel somewhat.

Steve Urkel is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Smith Rushes Urkel and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Urkel is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Smith Piles on the pressure and Urkel crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
