Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Oakley Bark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeff Lebowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bark comes into the arena with Bring Um Out blaring out of the sound system. Lebowski comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Europe - The Final Countdown kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Jeff Lebowski told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lebowski will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Lebowski swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Lebowski misses with a double jab.
Bark pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
A combination from Bark does no damage.
Lebowski lands with a good body shot.
Good exchange - Lebowski coming out on top.
A slow jab from Lebowski misses its intended target.
Lebowski digs a good body shot into Bark's ribs.
Lebowski swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Bark counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Bark.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lebowski has Bark pulled in close to control his posture.
Bark drops back, looking for a kneebar! Lebowski looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Lebowski looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Lebowski!
Bark is being controlled here.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Lebowski tries to move to mount but Bark blocks the move with his legs.

Bark is not content to let Lebowski control the position.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Bark is being controlled here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Jeff Lebowski will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Bark throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Bark shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lebowski pinned against the cage. Lebowski gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Bark takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

and Bark counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Lebowski!
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Lebowski is trying to escape the mount.

Lebowski is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Bark locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Lebowski is forced to tap!
