PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between O Fortuna (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryu Hyabusa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fortuna comes into the arena with O Fortuna blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Fortuna connects with the punch.
Hyabusa has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Hyabusa there as he acknowledges the shot.

Fortuna feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Hyabusa sprawling to the canvas! Hyabusa rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Fortuna finish him?!
Fortuna is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Hyabusa flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Hyabusa is out cold! Fortuna holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
