The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lopez scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

It looks like Numero Uno has been cut.

Lopez tries to keep at a distance but Uno has taken the fight into the clinch.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Lopez.
Uno is pressed up against the cage. Lopez has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Uno down to the mat. Uno avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Uno displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Lopez.
Lopez closes the distance and clinches up with Uno, looking for a takedown. Lopez pushes Uno against the cage but Uno circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jose Lopez. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Uno lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

Uno avoids a punch combination nicely.

Uno rushes Lopez and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Lopez takes a shot to the head.
Uno lands a hook to the side of the head.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Uno creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Lopez jumps guard but Uno stands there with Lopez around his waist. Lopez gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Uno swings wildly with an uppercut but Lopez uses good head movement to avoid it.

Uno unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Lopez! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Uno is unloading with more strikes now! Lopez drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
