Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tom Tylers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tim Kelly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tylers closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Tylers decides to stand back up.
Tylers tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Kelly tries to grapple but his opponent circles

and Tylers counters with a crisp one two that drops Kelly! Tylers thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Kelly to his feet! Kelly is in big trouble!

Kelly is rocked!
Kelly misses with an attempted mid kick.
Kelly dives in and grabs Tylers's left leg, looking for a takedown. Tylers pushes down on Kelly's head and hops out.
Kelly pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Tylers has closed the distance and engaged Kelly in a clinch.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Kelly can do anything to dispel that myth.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Tylers seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Kelly does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Tylers is working for takedown but Kelly is calmly controlling the position for now.

Kelly jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Tylers walks away with a smile on his face. Kelly gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Kelly is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kelly seems keen to control Tylers's posture.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Tylers looking to sit in guard and control but Kelly gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Still in half guard, Kelly seems content to control.

Despite being in the dominant position, Tim Kelly just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

What can Tylers do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!

Kelly is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Tylers is defending well though. Kelly let's go of the attempt for now.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Tim Kelly showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Tylers is not content to let Kelly control the position.
Tylers is looking to regain half guard here but Kelly keeps moving and retains side control.
