Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yumi Goro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Anderson's entrance music is Fight to Survive. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Shirou Masuda and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Goro has closed the distance and engaged Anderson in a clinch.

Goro throws a strike but Anderson avoids it easily and moves to full guard.

Goro stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Anderson swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Goro shoots in but Anderson avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Anderson throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Anderson takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Anderson slaps away a takedown attempt from Goro, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Anderson misses with a few strikes there.
Goro uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Anderson.
Goro scores with a kick to the midsection.
Anderson is breathing heavily.

Anderson takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
It looks like Ryan Anderson has been cut.
Goro has managed to clinch.
Goro breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Goro shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Anderson manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Goro is pushing down on Anderson's leg trying to pass to half guard. Anderson is fighting to maintain full guard but Goro has managed to sneak the leg through.
Goro passes to side control.
Goro has hold of Anderson's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Anderson tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Goro cranks the arm and Anderson screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Anderson, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
