Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Luke Paulister (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Ellen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jake Ellen is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ellen tries to clinch up but Paulister circles away and keeps his distance.
Ellen misses with a takedown attempt - Paulister sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Ellen avoids the elbow strike from Paulister, against the cage.
Paulister lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Ellen.
Ellen wants to get back to striking at distance but Paulister won't allow it.
