Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bruno Santana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tahei Uchido (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Uchido has chosen The Final Battle as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Tahei Uchido is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Santana shoots in and bounces Uchido off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Santana wants to control from the top but Uchido keeps moving.
Uchido manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Santana manages to get himself to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Santana is trying to keep Uchido in close.

Santana looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Santana is pulling down on Uchido's head to control his posture.
Uchido wants to stand but Santana is controlling his posture from full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Santana has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Uchido can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Santana controls Uchido momentarily but Uchido frees himself.
