Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Marty Laguna (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Quick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Quick has chosen stereoside - my ife as his entrance music. Both these fighters are unbeaten, so somebody's 0 has got to go!Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laguna jabs at Quick's body.
Nice body kick from Quick.
Laguna tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Laguna lunges at Quick with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Quick's hand.
Laguna throws a series of punches but Quick moves out of range.
Quick takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Quick throws a sloppy head kick and Laguna moves out of range easily.
Quick takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Quick throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Laguna takes a swing at Quick's ribcage but misses.
Laguna lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

It looks like Nick Quick has been cut.
Quick looks gassed!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Laguna dips to his left and cracks Quick with an uppercut!
Laguna connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Laguna connects with a right hand. Quick shakes it off.
Laguna moves out of range of the body kick from Quick.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Laguna lands a body shot.
Laguna lands with a good body shot.
Laguna lands a slapping body shot.
Laguna lands a jab to the head.

Laguna lands a big uppercut and Quick crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Quick looks OK. Laguna waves Quick back to his feet!

Quick is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
A big right followed by a crushing left from Laguna knocks Quick out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
