Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rashad Ken Anderson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Phil Collins!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Frank Dennis and Cecil Peabody.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Collins throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Anderson rushes Collins and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Anderson lands a takedown into guard.
Anderson stops Collins from standing up.
Anderson trying to control but Collins is working from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Collins keeping full guard, as Anderson tries to pass.
Collins looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Collins wriggles free and stands up.
Anderson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Anderson moves into the clinch.
Anderson prevents a takedown attempt there.
Collins can't break the clinch.
Anderson can't get the takedown.
Collins is working for takedown but Anderson is calmly controlling the position for now.
Anderson goes for a takedown in the clinch but Collins prevents it.

Anderson breaks the clinch.

Collins closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Collins creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Anderson sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Collins working the ground and pound but Anderson is defending the strikes.
Anderson tries to bench press Collins off him but Collins keeps the position.
Anderson gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.

Anderson is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Collins pulls his head out easily.
Anderson is breathing heavily.
Anderson slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Collins scoring with some ground and pound.
Anderson working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Collins.

Collins slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Collins has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Collins looks up at the clock and then as Anderson takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Collins smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Anderson manages to work his way to half guard, despite Collins's best efforts.

Collins wants to take a breather but Anderson is having none of it.
Collins not doing much here.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Anderson wants to get back to full guard but Collins has mounted him!

Anderson is looking to improve his position but Collins isn't that keen on the idea.
Collins in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Collins with shots to the head and body - Anderson looks very uncomfortable down there.
Collins scoring with strikes but Anderson is staying in there.
Collins wants to control the pace but Anderson is squirming around nicely.
Collins lands a big elbow.
Anderson takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Collins tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Collins cracks Anderson with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Collins lands a heavy elbow.
Anderson tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Collins with shots to the head and body - Anderson looks very uncomfortable down there.
Collins is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Anderson can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Collins swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
