Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dredrick Tatum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and chuck liddell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). liddell has chosen ain't no sunshine as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Robert Twigg and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tatum shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
liddell throws a right and a left that Tatum avoids nicely.
Tatum fails with a takedown attempt.
liddell will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Tatum could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
liddell keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dredrick Tatum. That's going to take a lot out of him.

chuck liddell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tatum looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? liddell is fending him off so far but Tatum persists. Nope, liddell circles away and we're back to standing.

It looks like Dredrick Tatum has been cut.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
liddell waves his right hand out infront of him, looking to distract Tatum. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Tatum to the canvas! Can he finish him!?

Oh Tatum is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Tatum seems to have got his legs back now.

liddell gets to his feet - Tatum follows without any prompting.
liddell misses with a double jab.
liddell lands a left and a right that sends Tatum crashing to the canvas! liddell dives into mount looking to finish!
liddell tries to control but Tatum wriggling away.
Tatum is wriggling around trying to escape.
Tatum sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
Tatum looking for submissions off his back.
Tatum makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Tatum.

Tatum has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think liddell should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Tatum has tightened it up now! liddell should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
