Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bala Bala (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Derek Vinyard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bala comes into the arena with Tough at the top blaring out of the sound system. Vinyard comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Here comes the pain kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Derek Vinyard has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vinyard lands with a nice body kick.
Bala lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Vinyard throws a wild body kick that Bala sees coming a mile off.
Bala throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Vinyard uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bala.
Vinyard on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Vinyard ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Bala circles away from the clinch attempt.
Vinyard thumps Bala with a low kick.
Vinyard is looking to slow Bala down with leg kicks.
Bala closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Vinyard to the mat! Vinyard manages to get full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Vinyard pushes Bala off and scrambles back to his feet.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Bala is defended easily by Vinyard.

Vinyard goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Bala throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Bala connects with a single shot there.
Vinyard slips under a jab.

Vinyard stuffs the takedown attempt from Bala. Bala gets slowly back to his feet.
Bala on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Vinyard. Vinyard obviously looking to wear him down.
Vinyard darts in and clinches Bala up against the cage.
Vinyard manages to break the clinch.
Bala throws out a leg kick but Vinyard moves out of range and Bala only half commits.

and Vinyard counters with a slapping leg kick.
Vinyard feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Bala's calf.
Bala is breathing heavily.
Vinyard throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Vinyard feints and then cracks Bala's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Bala down.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bala steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Vinyard. That one must have hurt.

Vinyard with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.

Vinyard fails to land with a series of punches.
Bala circles away from the clinch attempt.
Vinyard lands with a kick to the temple. Bala shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Vinyard seems to be stalking Bala here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Bala drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!
