The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Woods rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Parker moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Woods is defended easily by Parker.
Woods misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Parker misses with a double jab

and Woods counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Woods.
Parker looking to control but Woods passes into half guard.
Parker moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Parker is looking for a triangle but Woods pushes his legs off easily.
Woods must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
