Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michel Pereira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Samuel Castro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Michel Pereira has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Michel Pereira seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Castro shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Castro was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Castro should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Pereira has worked his way to half guard, taking advantage of Castro's lack of action.
Pereira is looking to improve his position.
Castro has decided to stand back up but his arm is trapped. Whilst he's worrying about his arm, Pereira works to full guard.
Pereira can't keep his opponent in guard - Castro advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Castro really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Pereira. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Castro wants to free his trapped foot but Pereira is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Castro must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

A head kick from Castro lands but Pereira takes it in his stride.
Pereira shoots in looking for a takedown. Castro tries to sprawl out of it but Pereira keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Castro manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Pereira drops Castro with a beautiful combination! Castro stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Pereira is looking for the KO!

It looks like Samuel Castro has been cut.
Castro looks gassed!

Pereira clinches.
Pereira misses with a knee strike.
Pereira keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Castro's efforts to push away.
Pereira wants to break the clinch but can't.
Castro has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Pereira keeps control of Castro as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Castro tries to circle away but Pereira has him pinned against the cage.
Castro is trying to force a seperation but Pereira has the dominant position.

Pereira has Castro pressed against the cage, preventing Castro from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Pereira drags the fight down to the ground.

Pereira controls Castro momentarily but Castro frees himself.

Pereira pushes a forearm under Castro's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Castro is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
