Paixao has chosen "Death by Blonde" by Devotchka as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Alec Ball and Gregory Folan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black tries to clinch but Paixao is having none of it.
Paixao just misses with a punch to the body.
Paixao throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Black.
Paixao throws a head kick that Black semi-blocks.

Black fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Paixao sprawls well initially but Black persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Black is trying to work for a kimura but Paixao is defending well.
Paixao wants to control but Black is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Paixao is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.

Black postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Paixao to stand up.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Black closes this distance looking for a takedown but Paixao circles away.
Paixao throws a nice inside leg kick.
Nice body punch from Paixao.
Paixao goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Black is rocked!
Black tries a low kick but Paixao avoids it.
Paixao lands a body shot.
Black is breathing heavily.
Black shoots in but no luck this time.
Paixao scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Oh Black is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Paixao drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Black's head, knocking him out cold! Paixao is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
