Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Firuz Shahzad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Danny Vicksone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shahzad comes to the cage accompanied by Fuel My Fire (The Prodigy). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vicksone tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Shahzad takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

It looks like Danny Vicksone has been cut.
Shahzad rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Vicksone moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Shahzad lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Shahzad is pressed up against the cage. Vicksone has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Shahzad down to the mat. Shahzad avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Vicksone goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Shahzad turns into him and now he's in Vicksone's guard.
