Wood misses with the combination.
Iakopa misses with a combination
and Wood cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Wood with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Iakopa to score with a decent uppercut.
Wood swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Iakopa moves out of range as Wood throws a body kick.
Iakopa swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Iakopa takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Wood misses with a few strikes there.

A big head kick from Wood and Iakopa is sent sprawling to the canvas!

Iakopa is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Wood wants to control from the top but Iakopa keeps moving.

Wood stands and steps away. Iakopa gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Wood throws a sloppy head kick and Iakopa moves out of range easily.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Wood lands a really nice looking cross but Iakopa seems unphased.
Whack! Wood lands a heavy head kick that drops Iakopa. The ref tackles Wood to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Iakopa was done.
