Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Yamato Ryuichi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and aaron sullian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Ryuichi might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to In Flames - Cloud Connected. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ryuichi scores a takedown into full mount!

Ryuichi is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but sullian is surviving well by controlling Ryuichi's body position as best he can.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Ryuichi working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.

Ryuichi has control of sullian's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and sullian regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Ryuichi is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But sullian has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from sullian!

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Ryuichi tries to clinch but sullian is having none of it.
sullian stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and sullian wants it to stay on the feet.
Ryuichi shoots in but sullian avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Ryuichi keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

and sullian holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Ryuichi has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. sullian is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

That was a close second round but I would say that Yamato Ryuichi will probably get the nod.

Horrible takedown by Ryuichi or perhaps it was just good defense by sullian which made him look bad.
