Freeman's entrance music is Scorpions - The Good Die Young. A fine choice. Huey Freeman had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mann walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Mann shoots in for a takedown but Freeman shows good takedown defense.

A looping hook to the body misses from Freeman. Mann does a little dance to reset his feet.

Freeman shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Mann manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Freeman working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Freeman postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Freeman sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Mann's guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Freeman is looking for a kimura but Mann is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Freeman to get the leverage.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Mann doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Freeman looks to score with a jab to the body but Mann is just out of range.
Freeman closes the distance and clinches up with Mann, looking for a takedown. Freeman pushes Mann against the cage but Mann circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

and Freeman decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Mann's guard.

A big strike lands for Freeman! That's really hurt Mann and he's turned his back - Freeman keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Freeman jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
