Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Antti Hirvi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wesley Gattuso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gattuso has chosen doo doo doo as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hirvi got a little sloppy there for a moment and Gattuso has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Hirvi has managed to get both his arms back between Gattuso's legs - danger averted.
Gattuso takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Hirvi sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Gattuso's guard.

Gattuso has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Hirvi is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Gattuso.

Gattuso is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Hirvi has just dragged him back down to the mat.
