Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Roosa Järviläinen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ver Magnusson gets the takedown into side control.
Ver Magnusson wants to control but Pony is keeping him busy.
Ver Magnusson wants to stand but Pony has his arm trapped.
Pony trying to control but Ver Magnusson flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back!
Pony rolls, trying to escape but Ver Magnusson keeps control of the position.
Ver Magnusson is working hard for the rear naked choke here.
Pony really must keep his cool here. He's controlling one of Ver Magnusson's hands and whilst he does that, he's got a chance of escaping the position.
Pony covers up after that shot from Ver Magnusson.
Pony wants to escape the position.
Well, with Ver Magnusson on his back, surely it's only a matter of time before Pony is tapping out... Can he escape the position?

The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Ver Magnusson's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.
Ver Magnusson lands a punch to the side of the head from the back.
Pony turns into Ver Magnusson and is now in his guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Pony trying to control but Ver Magnusson is working from the bottom.

Pony tries to free his leg and advance position but Ver Magnusson is retaining full guard.
Pony will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Pony distracts Ver Magnusson with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Ver Magnusson scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Pony shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Ver Magnusson looks gassed!

Pony is nestled in close to Ver Magnusson, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Pony lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Pony drops an elbow to the side of Ver Magnusson's head.
Pony is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Pony knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ver Magnusson on the ground.
It looks like Pony is going to stand back up.
Pony throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Pony slips a nice elbow through Ver Magnusson's hands, connecting with Ver Magnusson's forehead.
Ver Magnusson is pressing down on Pony's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Ver Magnusson has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Ver Magnusson wants to sweep here but Pony controlling him for the moment.
Ver Magnusson has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Pony doesn't defend quickly enough and Ver Magnusson has managed to lock this one up! Can Pony escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Ver Magnusson on a fantastic submission victory.
