The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Anderson leaves Bauska with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Anderson throws a lazy right hand but Bauska sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Bauska with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Anderson to score with a decent uppercut.
Anderson throws a jab when Bauska was well out of range.

Bauska shoots in looking for a takedown. Anderson tries to sprawl out of it but Bauska keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Anderson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
