Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jean Marceau!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ethan Kent!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Yves DeLean and Steve Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marceau throws a front kick that sends Kent stumbling back into the cage.
Kent looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
A thudding body kick lands there by Marceau!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kent blocks the body kick.
Marceau scores with a spinning back kick!

Marceau lands a big head kick that sends Kent tumbling to the mat! Marceau takes a step backwards and waves Kent back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Kent is rocked!

It looks like Ethan Kent has been cut.
Marceau misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Kent is still on wobbly legs! Can Marceau finish him?
Marceau tries a head kick but it misses.
Marceau lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Marceau throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Kent avoids the head kick by Marceau.
Kent stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Marceau.
Marceau throws a head kick but Kent moves out of range.
Marceau tries a head kick but it misses.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Marceau. Kent shrugs it off though.
Marceau throws a head kick that misses.
Kent avoids the head kick by Marceau.
Kent seems to have recovered his senses.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Kent with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

That's one minute gone in the round.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Marceau jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Kent walks away with a smile on his face. Marceau gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Marceau throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Kent's head.
Kent blocks a leg kick.

Kent rushes Marceau and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Marceau.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Marceau just misses with a elbow thrown towards Kent's brow.

Kent wants the takedown. Marceau is fighting it off but Kent persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Marceau's guard against the cage.

Kent is posturing up here but Marceau has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Kent tries to roll out but it's too tight and Kent has to tap! Slick submission there by Marceau!
