Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alberta Wrecking Machine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chuck Perry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Perry gets the takedown into side control.
Machine is pushing Perry's head away, looking to escape. Perry manages to hold on to the position though.

Machine is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Perry asserts his dominance and retains side control.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Perry is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Machine sees it coming and defends easily.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Perry drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Machine dives on top into guard.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Perry keeps the fight on the outside.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Perry thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Perry drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Machine manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Perry has Machine in his guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Perry looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Machine trying to control the position from guard on top but Perry is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Alberta Wrecking Machine dominated that second round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!


Machine fails with an attempt to clinch.
Perry looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Machine is fending him off so far but Perry persists. Nope, Machine circles away and we're back to standing.

Machine is trying to keep Perry in close.

Perry drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Machine dives on top into guard.

Perry is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Perry is on top in guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Perry drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Machine dives on top into guard.

Chuck Perry comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Perry has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
