PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Pertti Junttila (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Veli Rokka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Junttila clinches up with Rokka and pushes him back against the cage.
Junttila tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Rokka smiles and moves away.
Junttila moves out of range of the body kick from Rokka.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Junttila shoots in for a takedown but Rokka shows good takedown defense.
Junttila changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Rokka tries to avoid it but Junttila manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Rokka to the ground. Rokka escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Pertti Junttila. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Junttila has control of Rokka's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Rokka regains control of the situation pretty easily.
