Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jason Turner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marty McFly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Jason Turner has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McFly takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Jason Turner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Turner lands a head shot.
Turner scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
McFly slips a straight right by Turner.
Turner jabs McFly right on the nose. McFly blinks but takes it well.
Turner will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

McFly uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Turner.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

McFly decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

A close round but Marty McFly will probably get the nod.
That's time! Turner's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Turner throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Turner throws a right and a left that McFly avoids nicely.

Turner stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Turner wants it to stay on the feet.
Turner is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
McFly takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Turner bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps McFly's head backwards.
McFly takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Turner throws a push kick but McFly slaps the foot to one side.

Turner does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
McFly chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Turner can pounce on him.

No joy there for Turner, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Turner ducks down and throws a hook to the body but McFly moves away.
McFly moves forwards but Turner connects with a nice, crisp jab.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Turner stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
McFly misses with a takedown
and Turner cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

McFly shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Turner sprawls well. Turner wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. McFly gets slowly back to his feet.
A looping hook to the body misses from Turner. McFly does a little dance to reset his feet.
Turner pulls out of a head kick attempt.
McFly tries to score a power double leg takedown but Turner sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten McFly somewhat.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
McFly moves out of range of the body kick from Turner.

McFly is just content to waste time from the top position. Turner takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
McFly won't allow Turner to get back to his feet.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Turner throws a low kick, looking for McFly's leg but McFly calmly moves out of range.
Turner attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Turner lands with a hook. McFly tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
McFly shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Turner as he jumps to the side.
McFly fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Turner avoids it really well and circles away.
Jason Turner has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marty McFly.
McFly throws a looping overhand right but Turner ducks down to avoid it.

McFly takes a kick to the side of the head.
McFly doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Turner counters with a nice uppercut.
McFly takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
McFly tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

A nice combination there by Turner.
McFly with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Turner to score with a decent uppercut.

A nice inside leg kick there by Turner. That's going to slow McFly down.
McFly misses with a two punch combination.
Turner lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
McFly looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

and McFly counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Turner!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jason Turner.
