The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lamb keeps the fight on the outside.
Lamb avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Lamb misses with a double jab.

Sherdog closes the distance and clinches.

Sherdog escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Sherdog checks a leg kick.

Lamb gets a takedown into half guard.
Lamb stops Sherdog from getting back to his feet.
Lamb thows a huge punch but Sherdog dodges it nicely.
Sherdog blocking the ground and pound attempt from Lamb.
Sherdog is trying to get back to full guard.
Sherdog avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Lamb.

Sherdog is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Lamb is taking a breather. Sherdog says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
Lamb throws a right and a left that both miss.

Lamb stays in close to Sherdog's body and controls the position.
Sherdog really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lamb. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Lamb stands and throws Sherdog's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Sherdog wants to control but Lamb postures up.

Lamb thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Lamb takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sherdog looks gassed!
Sherdog wants to improve his position but Lamb is controlling well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Lamb lands a nice short elbow.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Lamb lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Lamb lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

It looks like Scotty Sherdog has been cut.

Lamb is trying for a kimura here. Sherdog looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Lamb wins by kimura!
