PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dragan Konjevic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abdual Jemall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Konjevic might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Chicago Bulls Theme Song. Abdual Jemall told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Jemall does it's job there.
Jemall misses with a jab, cross combination.
Konjevic tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Jemall swivels and escapes.
Jemall throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Konjevic doesn't manage to clinch there - Jemall circles away.
Konjevic shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Jemall as he avoids it easily.
Jemall scores with a sloppy right hand. Konjevic should have avoided that one.
Jemall moves into range and connects with a jab.
Konjevic chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Jemall can pounce on him.
Konjevic is breathing heavily.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Jemall scores with a one two! Konjevic had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Konjevic is trying hard to land a takedown here. Jemall sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Oh Konjevic is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dragan Konjevic. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Konjevic loses concentration momentarily and Jemall pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Konjevic crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Jemall finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
